Mystery Of Blood Crystals…
Deep underground lies an area of which little is known. The village elder Tarvok speaks of a cave system underneath the Blood Lake, but those that make the trek often never return. The elder claims blood from the lake seeped deep below, latching onto pockets of crystals all through the cavities of Harmonia. He calls them blood crystals, and it’s rumored that they’ll transform into a new generation of champions.
The toughest quest proposed thus far, distributed to the most decorated champions. Harmonia’s King and Queen wait patiently to exchange information surrounding these caverns. The Elder speaks of premonitions that a new army is growing below our feet, an army inherently different than the champions who walk freely now. This new generation didn’t have the chance to bathe in the god blood as others, instead forced to conjure what they could. This new generation only has one life, and once they perish their life force redistributes to new crystals underground.
DTG wants to give back to its community by giving them full control of the new Champion NFTs that will be released in this quest series. While also making them rare enough and different enough for the first generation of Champions to hold their value. If you create a champion NFT from a Blood Crystal, and its health reaches 0 the NFT will be burnt and will no longer exist or be useable. They will also only be common in rarity, meaning they will not have any crystals on their bodies. These Champions cannot take part in the quest that rewards the crystals either. A player must own one of the 5000 original champions to take part in this quest series as well as meet several level requirements.
This mechanic will be introduced later in the game, but we wanted to make sure our community was aware of this change before mint site launch. As transparency is one of our biggest goals here at DTG.
